Step 1: Sign Up for Fitli

1. Click Here to sign up for Fitli.

Step 2: Sign Up for a FFG Training Session or Package

To Select a Single Training Session

1. View calendar of available FFG Performance Training Sessions. You may need to view by day rather than week or month to see specific sessions.  

2. Select a session by clicking on it.

3. Click the “Book” button.

4. Click the “Purchase Only this Session” button.

5. Enter your Payment Info.

6. Confirm purchase.

To Select a FFG Package

1. Visit FFG’s Fitli page.

2. Click the “Purchase” button at the top of the page. 

3. Select your package and click “Purchase”.

4. Enter your Payment Info. 

5. Confirm purchase.
