1 on 1 Training

If you’re pre-or-post natal, rehabilitating, seeking general fitness or simply trying to look better and get stronger, the FFG team will customize an amazing program for your personal fitness goals with our Functional Personal Training Experience.

Our personal training programs combine total body conditioning starting with the mind–emphasizing strength, balance, and flexibility. Key components include strengthening the muscles to support and stabilize the skeletal system during movement. All exercises emphasize the quality of movement rather than the number of repetitions, and the focus is on moving from your core and experiencing movement. 

Drop in rate for this class is $75

Semi 1-on-1 Training (1).png

Semi 1-on-1 Training

This class is the closest you can get to personal training without having to pay a premium. Semi 1-on-1 allows clients to receive personalized workouts and attention while performing functional training exercises. This class average 2-4 people max.

The FFG Semi 1-on-1 Training Experience offers a wide variety of fitness exercises designed to provide participants a well-rounded and complete knowledge for functional training. Our certified and professional instructors will ensure that you get the most out of your resistance training exercises through emphasis on proper form, technique, and intensity. 

Drop in rate for this class is $50.

Group Training

The class is pure Functional Training 101 at its best. With 7 people max in any class, each person will have their own individualized strength training exercises. This class is 75% weight training and 25% cardio and abs.

FFG Group Training Experience offers a wide variety of fitness exercises designed to provide participants a well-rounded and complete knowledge for functional training. Our certified and professional instructors will ensure that you get the most out of your resistance training exercises through emphasis on proper form, technique, and intensity.  

Drop in rate for this class is $35.
